The role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to set a multi brand strategy across different jurisdictions. Developing relationships and using different tactics for the market or product to deliver influencer campaigns to drive awareness and traffic to our Social Gaming brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of campaigns from contracting talent, commercials along with full ownership of the campaign budget management.
- Build market leading influencer campaigns to attract influencers and their followers to build genuine interest and advocacy for the brand.
- Develop a reporting and tracking solution, using both existing and exploring new tools, to allow campaign KP measurements from soft awareness numbers to clicks and conversions.
- Be the expert in the marketplace and specifically in the social and influencer space, discover new trends to ensure campaigns are driven by insight and new ideas tested.
- Identify and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers and agents.
- Work closely with Performance Channel owners and with key partners throughout the team and wider business to maximise performance.
- Explore influencer third party tools, recommend best in class, and drive the integration with internal and external teams.
- Adhere to legal regulations relevant to the influencer space while ensuring the content creating is compliant in the local market.
Candidate Requirements and Desirables
- Candidates must possess a fluency level of communication in English
- Between 2-5 years’ experience within Influencer Marketing and implementing large scale influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Strong understanding of the climate and the ability to identify trends and up and coming influencers
- Keen interest in US entertainment and entertainment tech would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment and willingness to be involved at all levels
- You have a passion for growth marketing, excellent and proactive communication skills and an ability to adapt quickly
- An understanding of the marketing mix and cross channel influence
- Knowledge of digital trends and a passion for marketing
- Experience working alone or remotely is a plus
