We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and providing support to our Affiliate Managers. If you have an eye for detail, passion for growth marketing, and enjoy planning and organising campaigns in an evolving environment, this is the role for you.
Your primary focus will be assisting with the planning, implementation, and organization of affiliate campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring operations run efficiently and smoothly, whilst also tracking and analysing the performance of the different Affiliates Partnerships, ultimately helping our team achieve its marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordinating affiliate and influencer outreach for multiple brands across various jurisdictions.
- Support Affiliate Managers in developing new business relationships through administrative tasks.
- Oversee the onboarding of new affiliates, including setting up commercial agreements, facilitating tracking link implementation, and coordinating with partners to ensure a smooth and efficient integration process.
- Conduct research to recommend new tools and solutions for enhancing automated affiliate services and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with media owners' advertising policies and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns for adherence to local regulations.
- Analyse affiliate performance data and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor partnership activities for traffic cannibalization and report findings to Affiliate Managers. This includes tracking and analysing the performance of key affiliate websites to identify trends and optimize results.
- Support the monthly invoicing process for affiliates, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports for management, providing key insights and performance updates.
- Onboarding of new Affiliates - setting up commercial agreements, assisting with tracking links, and liaising with partners.
- Ensure all online files are well-organized, systematically arranged, and easily accessible for efficient team collaboration and workflow management
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Technical understanding of the marketing ecosystem.
- Passion for growth marketing and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to engage in various levels of administrative tasks.
Desirable:
- Previous administrative experience in the social casino or gaming industry is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing mix and cross-channel influence from an administrative perspective.
