The Senior Programmatic Manager will oversee all programmatic campaigns, manage budgets, analyse data, and ensure the brands’ message reaches the right audiences through effective programmatic strategies. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness, consideration, and engagement across our brands and sites. You will work closely with the Head of Media Planning, marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and improve retention efforts. This role demands expertise in programmatic advertising, upper funnel media channels, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a programmatic expert, with responsibility ranging from sourcing, to integration and best in class execution and measurement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic strategy aligned with the media planning function's quarterly OKR planning and long-term objectives.
- Increase awareness and consideration by activating and converting existing bases, as well as supporting retention efforts through programmatic campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and execute programmatic campaigns across display, CTV and audio for our brands across multiple verticals and jurisdictions.
- Enhance the team’s expertise in programmatic media channels, including DSPs, streaming platforms, and emerging digital trends.
- Collaborate with creative and stakeholders across the business to deliver brand propositions through programmatic channels.
- Lead prospecting and retargeting initiatives, integrating with Digital CRM, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
- Define and track KPIs such as reach & frequency, CPCV, CPM, CPC, and conduct lift tests to measure impact on bottom-line KPIs.

Candidate Requirements and Desirables
- Candidates must possess a fluency level of written and verbal communication in English.
- 5+ years of proven experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on digital marketing and performance analytics within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media channels and their role in driving awareness and engagement.
- Experience in managing comprehensive programmatic campaigns across various digital channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good knowledge of attribution methodologies and models.
- Knowledge of digital trends and a passion for marketing.
- Strong team player, collaborative with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
